What a beautiful July and everything seemed to have gone swimmingly wonderful. On the sports front, Lewis Hamilton in the pole position of the British Grand Prix, Venus Williams winning the Wimbledon for the 4th time, and the excellent start of the first British Tour de France.
This fine day was marred by the news of the death of over 100 people in Iraq. Is there no end to this carnage? It is time that all parties concerned communicate with each other.
